Light Show

The Shanjie Liu light show is of the best highlights in Yangshuo. It is an outstanding culture performance directed by Yimou Zhang who was the Director of Beijing 2008 Olympics Opening ceremony. In a word, the show gives us an impression of the life of these people who are living around the Lijiang river. It also gives us an insight into the dress and music of the local people.The Mountian and water Theater is situated in the intersection of the Li River and TianJia River,facing the well-known shutong hill across the river with 180-degree panoramic vision,you can fully appreciate the scenery and performance within the field of two square kilometer.Both the lightings and sound system are all designed into a hidden form so as to merge into the environment .
